As you will read below, I have dedicated my life to the Real Estate industry. Through the good and the bad, it's always been there for me & I for it. I am very passionate about my career and from the feedback I receive it shows. Emptor Primus (loosely translated) means "The Client First" in Latin. I made this the name of my company because it's all about you. As the client without you the market dies & the economy collapses again. I take that very seriously... So I work tirelessly to "Make it Make sense". Today's home buyer & seller are much more savvy then years past. Technology has inundated you all with almost "Too Much" information. I patiently & methodically help you put all these puzzle pieces together to provide your ultimate goal.... I have been in the business for over 15 years. I have sold over 100 homes since starting my brokerage in Georgia
I started out as an investor. I flipped a couple homes and also had rental property. I also held a Loan Officer license. When the market crashed I stayed in the industry by working the loss mitigation side of the industry. I was certified by HUD as a Foreclosure Prevention Counselor. I helped dozens if not hundreds of families stay in their homes. I've worked for the large banks - Short sale dept/lead negotiator. I also held a leadership positions on Government mortgage compliance & audit projects as well. When the market was distressed I wanted to learn all that I could, so when the market rebounded I could better assist my clients & potentially forecast the next bubble...

I was born In Milwaukee Wi, where I began my Real Estate Career in 2003 I also obtained my Loan Originator license in 2005.
2008 when the market crashed I moved to Houston Tx for a year and a half. I then moved to Dallas for 2 years. I moved from Dallas to the great state of Georgia at the end of 2012.
I started my Real Estate company Emptor Primus Real Estate Firm in 2013.
I met my beautiful wife in 2015, we were married in June of 2017 & my beautiful daughter was born in September of 2017. Needless to say Georgia has become my new Home...
Personal interests include Martial Arts - I studied several different styles over the years. It's been an amazing journey, the discipline and respect for others that I learned early on has been a guiding force throughout my life. I've met some amazing people over the years from all different parts of the world.
Sports - football is my favorite, of course I'm a "Green Bay Packers Fan"
I love working and always have, so being a husband and new father I have refined my schedule so that all areas of my life are covered. I make sure to promptly arrive at the office by 8 and stay at least until 8 that evening. I then go home and hang out with the family. Once the kids are asleep, I hang out with my wife. Family is very important...
I have an amazing life and am blessed and very fortunate. That is why I am so dedicated to my craft, it is one of the ways to show gratitude for everything I've been blessed with. If I can give my all to assist clients with helping them live their dreams through selling & buying homes... Count me IN!!!
