John Johnson was an absolute pleasure to work with. I met Mr. Johnson after working with another agent who I felt was not delivering, dragging their feet and not communicating well. My wife and I scheduled an appointment to meet with Mr. Johnson to review what we were looking for and start the process again. Upon completion of our meeting, we knew immediately that this time around our experience would be a pleasurable one.
